Delivery and Shipping
Most CUSTOM WIGS can be shipped within 1 to 10 days.
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Saturday. When an item is not in stock, we ship it as soon as it is available. Custom orders generally ship within their estimated delivery times.
We currently ship orders through FEDEX, UPS and USPS. We have the right to change carriers at any time.

Shipping and handling charges for all shipping methods will be automatically calculated when you enter your zip code on the product page.
There is a designer fee included in the shipping and handling charge for hand-making the wigs.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PROCESSING UPGRADES
You have the option of paying an additional $25, The additional charge purchases an upgrade from USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service to USPS Express Mail Service. The shipping upgrade is optional and does NOT effect processing time, but will shorten delivery time once the item ships. Please select this method for overnight delivery of clearance items. If you need an item urgently, please call or email so that we can confirm availability for next day delivery.
RUSH ORDER PROCESSING- Please select this option for faster processing for your wig request. If you need an item urgently, please call or email so that we can confirm rush order processing. You will have to pay the $25 fee for Rush Order Processing.
Due to varying item availability. your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately, and you can use Track Your Orders to see if the rest of your order is on its way. If your shipment(s) arrives and you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FORMS
For customs purposes, we may mark hair as “Synthetic fibers” and undervalue the package so that our customers are not charged customs duties and VAT. This is done in accordance with applicable regulations from our shipping facility.
SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOST ORDERS
Please be advised that OsaroJewel assumes no responsibility for delays or lost orders. Once we assign the package to a carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your item is lost in transit, it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier. Please, track your order
